"Here is what I like about Tru by Hilton.Pet friendly and dedicated space for our fur babies. They even have poop bags and dedicates trash for the 💩 in a bag. Breakfast and the coffee is really good. Pool table. Snacks you can purchase. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom with shower (no tub yay! 😀) shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. As well as lotion and hand wash. If you have Netflix you can sign into your account and stream movies. The staff at the Jollyville location is very friendly. I feel like the staff at the Jollyville location is much friendlier than other locations I have stayed at before. "

"I liked that they texted me daily about my stay. They had room service everyday. They brought extra towels up when needed. The carpet seems old , and smelt of a wet dog but my fiance said he didn't smell what I smelt ? So I guess to each their own. But it was a good stay. The service and cleanliness and furniture and appliances all worked. The window slightly opened which was good. No exhaust in the restroom so bring air freshner or open the restroom door after a hot shower..it was low-key but yet around other nearby places. We will definitely stay again when in Austin. Check in was fast!!! Faster than most places. "
