“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”

“I checked in online but still had to go to the desk when I got there to get my room key. There were 4 people checking-in in front of me. Each check in took over 5 minutes. I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting to check-in. Then we got our room key and went to our room. It was dirty. Clearly never wiped down. The bathroom counter had hairs on it as well as water rings from the previous persons stay. The breakfast was sparse. They did not refill anything. Breakfast was 6-9. We……

“The Boiling Springs, PA location is East Coast Americana at its vest, and the Allenbey property along the river is just a gem. Well maintained, pleasant staff, and a ton of amenities spread across a mix of restored pre civil war buildings abd bew room additions. Their ace attraction is a stretch of fly fishing perfect water on property right below a small dam that offers protected and stocked trout fly fishing year round. Heaven on earth.”

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”

“The place was clean enough and spacious. Sign in process was easy. People live here long term and are very loud even during quiet hours. An alarm in our room went off and woke up the family at 6am. The first night security was also called for the extremely loud music and yelling and the next night it was the same thing.”

“This property is just okay. Our room had an odor. The elevator floor/ carpet was dirty and ripped. Breakfast was very poor and poorly managed.”
