“Clean room. Close to fairgrounds for Ford Nationals. Goid value for money. Ice machine was broken while we were there. We went for breakfast around 8 and lots of food options out and not replenished they served from 6-10, very disappointed as we had to go to McDonalds next door. We would stay here again, however.”

“The Boiling Springs, PA location is East Coast Americana at its vest, and the Allenbey property along the river is just a gem. Well maintained, pleasant staff, and a ton of amenities spread across a mix of restored pre civil war buildings abd bew room additions. Their ace attraction is a stretch of fly fishing perfect water on property right below a small dam that offers protected and stocked trout fly fishing year round. Heaven on earth.”

“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”

“The door handle broke, trapping me in my room. I was unable to get out. When I discussed this with the manager the next day, I was told that I would get a partial refund. I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so……

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”
