“Bad service, room smelled like cigarette smoke, fire alarm going off throughout the hotel twice early morning. The only good thing was that the shower was hot.”

“This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. And I mean you could really hear them. On the second night we stayed,……

“Staff was not friendly. Room was clean but in disrepair. We were not told the ice vending on our floor was unavailable-they had the broken ice machine blocked by a dolly with a new one it the box. Our bathroom was stained and looked like they were performing maintenance and our door had a gap so it did not close properly and was a safety hazard. ”

Building was having remodeling done, outside door was propped open by a rock, bathroom appeared to have been worked on since it was cleaned, with drywall dust on the surfaces, a sticky drink ring was on my end table, and the paint was peeling in our shower. The bed itself was good. ”
