Great location, Excellent clean rooms/studio with kitchen and good room service. Good amenities in terms of pool, hot tub, activities and onsite laundry service.

Nice room, breakfast was great, bed and pillows could be softer more comfortable but over all nice place and stay. Staff was great. Nice surroundings. Other guests were realy up tight and rude to others at times. But nice place to stay while visiting sedona

Room was spotless. Views are breathtaking. My only complaint is that the staff is not as attentive as I would like. For instance to get a ride to our room when it was 28 degrees outside would take some time. The resort was not full at all and multiple occasions it was just me and my husband waiting. ...

The staff was courteous and the amenities were nice. The grounds were very nice. The rooms were clean but really dated. 1980's style. The cost was really high for the rooms.

The staff thought my last name was funny. I played along but honestly didn't appreciate it. Then, I had trouble finding my room because the directions were confusing. It would have been helpful to have some signage at the parking area to know where to enter, especially since it was a very small pathway. ...
