“The staff was very pleasant to our entire group of 21. Excellent location. Breakfast options could be a little wider but overall it was yummy every morning. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Kerry-Ann was our fantastic server for breakfast all week and on the beach as well. We are a jovial bunch and her personality fit right in. Tony "Montana" made sure we had what we needed and kept the vendors away unless we asked him to get someone selling a certain item for us.”

“This “all-inclusive” is a JOKE. Beautiful yes, but the services are deplorable.
THEY PRICE GOUGE foreigners! They arbitrarily added $300 to our room for no reason and we have no choice but to pay the increased price; we couldn’t just pick up and stay somewhere else, we were there for a wedding!
The massively over-promised “Platinum Status” ($1000/nite) meant waiting THREE HOURS to check-in.
The butlers never delivered what we “wanted” because 90% of the menu was never available! None of……

“I didn’t like the meager dining options
I didn’t like that my suite didn’t offer a robe, slippers or an umbrella ( which I needed badly because of the weather)
One of The televisions in the room was too complicated for me. In the end I just didn’t bother trying to figure it out. Maybe it was defective but I relied on the other one which was ok.”
