“From start to finish my stay was excellent. The team at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. A huge shout out to Sydoney that works by the restaurant she was one of my servers at breakfast time, O'Connor the head chef who went above and beyond and helped my mom, O'Neil, Christopher, and Romaine the bartender. “The ocean and beach are beautiful!!! But service very poor! I never couldn’t find the beach towels! But, if you give some money, they can easily find it and bring it to you! Everything like 2,5 stars hotel! I AM NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!”

“This resort recently reopened and I am assuming my frustration is mostly due to staff confusion. We did not have "diamond club" status, so we did not have a butler. We received conflicting information from the front desk, Expedia liason and workers at the various restaurants about how to book dinners at the non-buffet restaurants.
