"Great family owned hotel. Commanding position at the very top of Mostyn Street. Five mins walk to either the pier or the tramstop for the Great Orme. Food and service all high quality. A real gem of a hotel. "

"Overall stay was ok. I booked this last minute and requested a walk in shower, however when I arrived I was told this wasn't available, unless I wanted to pay to upgrade. As this was a business trip that wasn't possible - if I'd have known before I could have organised the upgrade. However no-one contacted me to advise so I assumed all was ok."
