“The check in was ridiculous. There was 5 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes because there was 1 person working the front desk. At some point a 2nd employee came to the desk but wasn't helping people get checked in. He seemed to be asking the person who was working what was going on. Then finally we get to the room and it was disgusting!!!!! The bedding hadn't been washed and the comforter was covered in long white dog hair that stuck to my clothes. “This property can be valet only at random times, be advised they do not lend out luggage carts. You will have to have the valet wait while you select the bags you want them to bring up the room. It’s awkward following them on foot while they park your car, then they watch you while you select which bags you want brought up. This system does not work well if you do not want your bags handled by someone else or do not want anyone else knowing what is remaining in your vehicle. The valet was very……

The parking was a problem due to tree trimming and there was no elevator to get to our second floor room. Not worth the price.”

“This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. “The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!”
