"The hotel is very nice - a bit of an unsung gem very close to the Duomo. And the staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. My only negative is that there’s a streetcar that goes by throughout the night and is loud so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s not ideal. But most of the people in our party (3 rooms, 6 people), weren’t bothered by it."
