“I should have listened to the reviews. This wasn’t a luxury stay. It felt like a business model built around finding new ways to charge guests after booking. We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. Every step seemed to come with another fee that wasn’t what you’d expect when you first book. What made it even worse is the surveillance. The property is……
