Great little hotel. Perfectly situated for my visit (came to see a show at the BBC). Check in was easy. The reception has someone there for some hours during the day but you’re given a door code for outside those hours. 5 mins walk from Russell Square tube station.

No contact at all with another human while I was there! Entry instructions were clear, the entry and stairs would be tight for really large bags. The public areas seem run-down, but the room and bathroom were nicely done. My room was facing the street, and the noise might bother some people, tho it quieted down around midnight. The temp was fine and the window opened, but there’s no a/c so I expect it would be quite hot in the summer. Closest tube stop from Heathrow was the Piccadilly line to Russell Square;0 Euston is also pretty close.

For the price it was excellent. Lovely Nespresso coffee machine and comfy bed. Perfect location. 8 mins walk from Euston and 2 min walk to tube. Safe area if travelling alone. It's not the Savoy but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely bright room.

We had a very comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel, several minutes walk to the nearest Tube station. We arrived at 1:15pm and our room was ready. Having already checked in online, we just left our bags in the room and headed back out. Room was warm, comfortable and check out was as simple as leaving the room key in our room. Would recommend this property.

We spent one night before leaving London and this hotel was perfectly located within a easy 10 minute walk between St Pancas and Euston Stations. The street was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us really. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely choose it again when visiting central London.

We stayed in room G and arrived early to drop our bags off which was brilliant and they were put in our room. The room was a good size and clean, the double bed was a bit uncomfortable but the sofa bed was a lot better. It was a very warm room and was unable to find any way of turning the heating down, however, as it was late when we got back to the room we didn’t look too much in to it.

Good location. For london the room was a good size. On top floor which meant we could leave windows open as so hot. Place a little dated but clean. Nice to have fridge & tea marking facilities. Bed base ripped & in poor condition.

Good value Hotel.

Hotel was in a convenient location for our theatre trip which made life easy. The advance check in and accompanying instructions on gaining entry to the hotel outside of reception hours were very helpful, and once we'd manoeuvred around the enormous front door, all went well. The room was a good size with a good supply of tea and coffee, the only slight let down was one of the windows wouldn't close fully which meant the street noise was slightly invasive at times. Overall though it was a positive experience and i would stay there again with no hesitation.

The property is in an ideal location, very close to Euston train station and has some really good places to eat, drink and shop close by. We had breakfast at the Sandwich Street Kitchen which was out of this world, highly recommended. The accommodation is starting to look dated but is clean and in a quiet location. The staff are amazing, very friendly and took our cases in to our rooms on arrival. It was also handy to have luggage storage available as we needed to check out by 10am but our train was 6pm, which meant we could leave them there and spend the day in London. All in all a good experience and would stay there again.

I found the self check in entry difficult, the small vestibule was very awkward & too small, struggled to get in with just my 1 suitcase. Other than that the room was fine, a little noisy at times from people moving about, but the bed & pillows were comfy enough for a decent sleep.

Great location, close ti russell square and kings cross so easy to get back to late at night. We had a large room in the basment so was lovely and cool at night. Large shower, fridge and coffee maker in room. Only downsides were that the shower head didn't fit properly into the holder, but it was still useable. Also the bathroom door was a slide across one and ofetn got stuck. But otherwise the room itself was great and wouldn't put me off staying there due to the size of the room.

The room was very clean and fully furnished, the maid man is good but the reception was never showed up during the opening hour, we had to wait for more than half an hour. There were another two guests waiting too. We had tried several times to get the receptionist by phone. This was the first time I have ever met this kind of hotel reception.

couldn't sleep well at B1 basement room.

We were sleeping at B1 bedroom. cos the room were basement room.we were hear underground the train running all the time. Couldn't sleep well every night. I will never rent this B1 basement room again. I understand the hotel couldn't do anything to made B1 better. cos the room is too closed with the underground. I may try to stay again if sleep in upstairs bedroom. The location is near by underground and train station. Easy to going anywhere. A lot of good restaurants around.
