It's a basic hotel, but clean and functional, with a comfy bed and friendly staff. Being near to Kings Cross St Pancras stations its location is amazing, and for the price, you can't really fault it!

Fantastic location, just 2 blocks from the train and underground or 30 min walk into central London. The shower, bathroom and room was nice and clean and I really appreciated the coffee in the room. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean, ideal for a night of two. Excellent location, two minutes from King’s Cross railway station. Guest accommodation doesn’t have restaurant of bar but everything you need is minutes away. Tea and coffee in each room. Rooms small but adequate. Great for solo travellers. Staff are all very friendly.
