If one needs to overnight at Heathrow, you cannot go wrong with this hotel. I had a very generous sized room & bathroom, & it was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. I will stay here again!

The hotel and room was really nice. My only complaint is that our family room for 4 was incredibly hot. The room air conditioner isn’t the best but likely ok for a single person. We were in a family room with 4 adults so the room got incredibly hot overnight with the body heat and we had a very poor sleep. The room had fans when we got there, indicating they recognize how hot the room gets. The front desk did send a maintenance person but no change. Would stay again in the fall / winter but not in the summer months.

There is no airport bus to and from the property. The pool is permanently closed. was no phone in my first room, and the TV didn’t work in the second room we were given. Room service sent food not prepared how I had asked. Having said that, all the staff were very helpful and considerate. I’ve stayed here previously and this hotel used to be much nicer. Next time I’ll be choosing somewhere else.

We had the best help from the front desk staff, they helped unload our luggage and bring it to the room with the kids, set up our tax for the airport the following morning! Super friendly!

The Shearton was adequate for our two week stay. It is located close to the airport and several bus stops. The buses were very reliable. I suggest doing your research before you arrive. This way you will be better able to plan your stay. This hotel is not located in the heart of London, so if that is what you are looking for find another hotel. Because this hotel is located near the airport and people have early morning flights, there tends to be a bit of noise very early in the morning. Not only from the guests but also the staff who starts cleaning very, very early. If you are traveling with small children, then opting to include the breakfast might be a good option for you. However, please note that the breakfast is the same every day. As someone who does not eat pork there was not a lot for me to enjoy there. After the second day we skipped breakfast and ate lunch when we we out. The Sheraton was reasonable priced. That was a plus for us.

Perfect property for catching a flight the next day. Staff was wonderful, the food at the sports bar was terrific as was the breakfast. Beautiful property, well maintained and quiet. You would never know an international airport was in close proximity. Would stay here again if the need ever arises.
