Great stay and great location. We usually travel with our kids, and I forgot to request a room with two beds. Unfortunately, we found out that the hotel does not offer rooms that can accommodate our family, so we ended up having to book a second room, which essentially doubled the cost of our stay. Had we known in advance that we would need two rooms, we probably would have chosen one of the other higher-end hotels that could accommodate our family more comfortably, especially since the total price ended up being about the same. Otherwise, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel and location.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean if a little small but the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was dead quiet in the night. We had breakfast which was great especially the coffee. Check in/out was smooth and trouble free. Great location for theatres and shopping trips.

Second time staying at the Botree. They had made some changes since the last time. Breakfast is much better as a buffet and eggs made to order. Before it was table service only. They have also added a desk to checkin… before the staff used to stand around a table and it seemed a bit strange. Still a. Dry quiet hotel considering the proximity to Oxford St

The BoTree was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with countless bars, restaurants, museums and shopping all within walking distance. What stood out most was the level of service. After a small issue, the Head of Guest Relations reached out and turned the experience around, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. The only minor inconvenience was having our room keys reset a couple times but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd gladly return.
