"The room was clean, staff was helpful, air in the room was amazing, everything was close. Only inconveniences was no coffee maker in the room. But still an amazing hotel. We had an amazing time. We will be back."

"We needed a clean, comfortable room that didn't cost an arm and a leg for one night in the city, and this hotel fit the bill. Upon check-in, the person at the desk was friendly and nice. The room itself was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comically small for the size of the bed, but they were surprisingly plush compared to other pillows I've slept on at hotels. Our room had a bathtub (small but clean and much-appreciated after a stressful day) and the water was really hot (a good thing!). The room also had a mini fridge and a TV. There weren't really many channels to watch, but we were able to connect our Netflix account. The surrounding area isn't really scenic, but if you've lived in a big US city, don't heed negative reviews about the location. We needed someplace close to MSk, and this fit the bill. Take a cab at night if you're uncomfortable with the area. Again, a basic room at a budget-friendly hotel, but it was all we needed for the night. I'm grateful it was available to us."

"This is a nice hotel, conveniently located in the center of the NYC financial district. There are many bars, restaurants and activities within easy walking distance (only .6 mile to the 911 Memorial), and subway stations are nearby. The hotel rooms are small and pretty basic, but they are clean and our bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is safe. I would stay here again."

"The TWA hotel is a great place to stay. I stayed the night before departing that way O didn’t have to get up extra early and sit in traffic from the city. The hotel lobby area is like a museum. Rooms are really nice and comfortable and quiet."

"Check in was very smooth through Expedia. When I arrived 4 other people were checking in and their rooms weren’t ready. While I was checking out another couple had problems checking in as well. Although that wasn’t my experience I think it’s important to note. The room was clean however there were stains on the walls and was slightly outdated. Other than that the customer service was great! I would stay there again."
