“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also. ”

“大手火車站走下來就很快到飯店，每天都有免費早餐與香濃的義大利咖啡。浴室乾濕分離。服務態度我很滿意， 泡麵要熱水很乾脆，還會問需要餐具嗎，開啤酒也問要不要啤酒杯，還給兩種size的杯子給我選，比在家還舒適。飯店附近有家樂福超市每晚九點有熟食特價，超划算，小資窮游的人記得準時去撈好貨！走路到科莫湖邊約十分鐘左右，小資悠活旅行很推薦這間飯店！”

“It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.”
