“Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,”

“We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely amazing — overlooking the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful view was a wonderful experience. The only downside was that the hotel does not have an elevator. We were given a room on the top floor, and carrying our suitcases up the stairs was quite difficult. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this……

“My room is very small but it was a good lake view. However, my friends is not as lucky as us, their room has no view at all. The toilet is not clean and has a strange smell which made us not comfortable. The reception is close after 7:30pm and there is no alternate way to check in the room if you get delayed! The receptionist is not helpful and impolite. She is reluctant to answer questions.”

“Well first problem I have been double billed once by expedia and then second by the hotel. Took over an hour waiting for entry to the room. The Wifi didn’t work. the television didn’t work and the assigned parking wasn’t assigned. The room was very clean and the appliances state of the art. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent. I didn’t enjoy not having a person to speak with and every response was that they would pass in on to the local staff but nobody was there.”

“It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was……
