"Master bedroom tub had hair and soap scum in it. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Hairdryer did not work. Exhaust fan very noisy. Bathroom rug is dirty and should be replaced. Window in adjoining suite has to be pushed closed from the outside. Mold in sauce pan in cupboard. Dogfood on the floor. No communication with the host after we booked the condo. "We had a great time in the outside hot tub and pool area. One of the best views from a hotel hot tub ever! Longs Peak in the background while you are surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds. Too bad the restaurant was not open. We have enjoyed it many times over the years. Highly recommend this hotel."
