“We had a great time staying at Roland's place for three nights. It's a nice simple setup, clean, small kitchen, two nice bedrooms. Just what we needed for a brief stay while we hit up a nearby music festival. Telegraph Avenue is a short walk away and downtown Oakland a slightly longer walk. All sorts of great food and restaurants close by. Stop by Jebena Cafe in the morning for a great coffee and a Sambosa, or Dan Sung Sa for good Korean and a fun atmosphere. “Clean safe quiet ”

“Stayed here for a week while visiting family in Oakland. This is probably the most comfortable and functional rental I've ever stayed in. Often rentals have areas that feel they are more for pics then function, but the bed, living area, kitchen and dining space were all thoughtfully put together and comfortable to be in. The views of Lake Merritt are SPECTACULAR. The parking space was convenient to have. Marjan was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive if we needed anything. A great……
