“Leslie in the front office made the check in process so easy and quick, let us look at the room, and was also super nice. You can always count on 3 constants when you get a room at the 6: clean roo8ms, newer beds, as well as good hot water. The room was small, but no fault of anyone, but those two double beds BARELY fit in the room. But the beds were newer, firm, i slept pretty great. Shower was hot woth great pressure, toilet flushed efficiently, towels smelled very clean, same with bedding, ……

“Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, in a quiet location. Very close to the River walk. Parking was onsite right outside the front door. We only stayed one night, but it is set up for longer stays with a very adequate kitchen and laundry. If ever needing to stay in Reno, we would definitely seek out again. ”

“I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.”

“El personal fue muy respetuoso y muy amable, La habitación completamente Limpia , el baño limpio,las sábanas y almohadas limpias , la calefacción en excelentes condiciones, en la recepción siempre me tratan muy bien .es un excelente lugar para pasar una estadía corta o larga... El internet es un poco lento ,pero estoy seguro que ese detalle puede mejorar , es un lugar execelente y las personas de la recepción son muy respetuosos y amables ........like. Espero quedarme otra vez en un futuro no……

“Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.”
