"I picked this hotel for our road trip thinking it would be fun for the kids to use the air hockey game in the lobby and sit at the fire-pit outside. They were both broken and unable to be used. The gym was nice and we did use that. Missed not having a pool."

"We had the most spectacular stay at the Embassy Suites in Madison. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. They are truly there to make sure all of your needs are met and have a very pleasant stay. We even ran into a problem where one of the items that I shipped to this location got misplaced. Not only did the staff try and rectify it, But the GM Michael-who by the way has restored my faith in humanity-went out and bought another item for me and when that didn’t work, bought the exact same item and hand delivered it to my son after my departure. If that is not above and beyond, I don’t know what is. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable upscale and inviting. Was thoroughly impressed by everyone and everything thank you Embassy Suites!"

"The Dylan was a great location for us and we were very pleased with the garage parking, new modern finishes and the communication of the host. The unit had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. No wasted space. Good arrangement in this two bedroom unit for 2 couples. Would stay here again and recommend."

"In general, La Quinta hotels are very accommodating and user friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, for the most part. We did have a couple of complaints, however: 1) Our air conditioning unit was very old and jury-rigged to work with the wall thermostat, which did not sync up well, causing the room to get too hot at night and, 2) the pipes to the cold water in the sink would make a horrible sound whenever you used it. Otherwise, we really appreciated the staff, the general cleanliness and the laid-back feel of the hotel."

"The only complaint I have, was the check in desk made a long line of people wait until exactly 4pm to check in. I know they were full, but when you have up to 10 people waiting to check in at 3:50pm, you could probably get the process started, and not just have 3 people at the check in counter staring at their clocks until it ticked over to 4pm. It was just a bad look on the hotel and service. Everything else was fine, so that just stood out as something that was a little ridiculous."
