Really outstanding hotel. Staff was extremely accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the location next to the train/metro station allowed for easy access to the city. Id highly recommend of you are visiting Prague.

Our family had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. It was close to major attractions and walking distance to puerta del sol, plaza mayor, and others. we would highly recommend this place.

Avoid it if you can.
The room was located at street level, noisy. TV couldn't be used due to its location. No desk, small safe not laptop size. Lighting level low not good for face shaving. The sink is in the room not in the bathroom and the faucet arm too big too reduce water spieling when you wash your face, no floor towel in front of the sink. No receptacles for cellphone charge.Furniture metal made, noisy.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! There was no air conditioning! They said it’s only turned on during summer months but it was already 30 degrees out! We literally did not have a good sleep for 3 nights. The manager was rude and advised us to open the windows but it was still hot and noisy! We are staying on the top floor with only two small windows and direct sun on us. And they had no fan to provide to make our stay comfortable and we asked if we can change rooms to atleast have the balcony but he keeps on saying NO! The room was awfully designed, poor lights, clogged sink, bathroom door doesn’t open or close properly. I agreed with other reviews here that the manager doesn’t know the word hospitality!!!! Nothing good about this hotel.

A quirky looking hotel. The rooms are small which is okay but they have a cleanliness issue. Also, they claim to be soundproof but they are not. You will hear your neighbors slamming doors all throughout the night and morning. Overall it’s an okay hotel…you get what you pay for.

The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The room, although, very chic in appearance was not practical for an overnight stay. Lighting poor over the sink, glass bathroom door with a warning sign to indicate it could be breakable.

You got exactly what you see in the photos - pleasantly surprised- really lovely and clean- surprisingly quiet given how busy street outside - staff very helpful and friendly - only problem they gave someone a key to our room and they entered at 2am and woke us up!! Need the security brushed up a little - this has clouded my 10/10 rating - sorry Hotel Freedom

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They felt like family. The hotel is in a great location. Right by the metro, not far from the train station, within walking distance to Madrid's historic attractions.

Pros: Close to Atocha station with eating places all around. Spotlessly clean, looks new 24 hr desk for early departure Friendly staff Lots of hot water Cons: Don't get the room next to the reception desk...very noisy, children yelling at 0100hrs as families return. Small room with no place to set luggage ..tight for 2 people. No area around basin to place toiletries.

when we got to the hotel they asked us to show a credit card that wasnt ours (the one of Hotels.com) and tried to cancel the booking of hotels.com and charge us directly (probably to save the fee). we sow them doing it to the lady before us and as our room was right behind the reception we could see them do it again and again. we asked to move to another room on the 2nd day as it was very noisy at first they agreed and then they said it was not approved and didnt explain why. the room was clean but we only got one key and when we lost it they charged us for a new key. (its a plastic card) the hotel is marked on Hotels.com as 2,5* but it says 2* on the door so I'm not sure.
