“This floor was so incredibly loud. A dad was screaming at his kids around 1:30am and they screamed at each other for over two hours. The kids were running up and down the halls and slamming dresser drawers.”

“If i book a king room through Expedia - I should get notice prior to- even a late check in- it’s not available. And they should make it right. The night manager was very dismissive to my concerns. The day manager during the week. Made it right!! Have the weekend manager document the discrepancy and handle through Expedia.
But the location is paid not Expedia- so they could have made it right initially.
The water pressure in our hotel room was awful. But the pool and hitting was awesome-……
