"We have stayed at Hampton Inn before. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous. The housekeeping staff excellent and courteous. The continental breakfast staff extremely efficient and friendly. Keeping the dining area clean and food stations filled. There were only 2 things. The room was lacking an electrical outlet as there was one only available on one side of the bed. And the bath bench installed was not slanted enough to have the water draining into the tub, instead it wet the entire floor outside the tub. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Thank you."

"I actually stayed at another Big chain expensive hotel before checking into this hotel and this hotel beat that hotel, hands-down. So much cleaner. Much more up-to-date. The room in the bathroom were immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was my room window looked out onto the roof and there were a bunch of exhaust fans, etc. that were very loud at night. And all fairness I didn’t ask the staff to move me but had I’ve been staying longer. I would have. Excellent neighborhood. Within walking distance to the train that can take you anywhere. I was a solo female traveler and felt extremely safe in the hotel and surrounding neighborhood."

"Had a great stay with my dog, room was perfect if you have an animal. Nice little kitchen with cabinets if you bring food, sorry, didn’t see a coffee maker, but I brought my own. Very nice clean and quiet room, laundry room on first floor as well as vending machine."
