Manchester Castle Hotels

The staff was extremely friendly

This stay was my favorite of all time. The hotel is modern, clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

New clean and everything is like how they explained on website. I try to don’t pass this place.

staff were very helpful. nice place to stay in PA

Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay!! Every one of the staff were kind and helpful! We brought our dogs along and they were welcomed just as we were! If you are on the fence about staying here, get off and book your room...you won't be sorry!!

I felt safe knowing you could not enter the lobby after a certain time without a key card.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided many options The facility was very clean and well-maintained

The size of the room with kitchenette with 2 queen beds.

Loved this hotel!! They even included a nightlight in the room. The pool was nice (a bit outdated compared to the rest of the property, but clean and refreshing) and the staff was incredible. Definitely made our already awesome trip even better. A big comfy bed and a pull-out sofa perfect for a fort!! Can’t wait to stay again!

lots of handrails in bathroom tub, good for us old folks.

Quick one night stay but satisfied

Very large, clean room with lots of storage for suitcases, backpacks. Nice shelving! Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dishes. Very comfortable 🙂

I only had 1 complaint and that was the pillows were too mushy.

The hotel was overall good; clean, modern, safe, bed was comfortable etc. however the pillows were flat. PS: would appreciate if that hotel advised the parents to observe quiet time after 10.30. We had kids running outside our room after 11.30!

We had a late arrival and were greeted warmly by Mr. Patel. He was efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Thumbs up to this well run establishment.

Dave checked us in & was very welcoming & friendly! The property and room was very clean, lots of restaurants close by.

We had a great stay with kind staff, even when we had key issues at 1am. The location was convenient and close to tons of food options. And their breakfast was delicious including premade omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy and several quick pick items. We misunderstood the timeframe for breakfast and shut them down 2 mornings in a row without any negativity. We stayed here to go to Hershey Park and felt the drive was very do-able! We will be back!

The front desk staff was very nice. The room is clean and spacious.

Clean location and friendly staff. Shuttle transport from airport was fast and easy.
