“Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.”

“Even after repeated requests, staff refused to address internet connection to the provider. My laptop worked everywhere else in Harrisburg except at this Best Western. Ys, there was a 9-hour power outage because of a storm (no backup generator) but even after power resumed staff ignored requests to address lack of internet access.”
