“The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. ”

“We spent the weekend at Scott's property as a group of 4 adult couples for a ski trip at Seven Springs. Check in was seamless and we liked that we were able to create our own custom code for the door upon arriving. The house had plenty of space for us to hang out and relax in. The hot tub was a plus after a day of skiing! All 4 of the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. Even the couple who stayed in the bunk bed room said the lower mattress was comfortable! Having 3 full bathrooms...

“This place is brand new. Clean and modern. The linens left a little to be desired, but all in all a nice place to enjoy the slopes. Quick walk to the snow and short drive to the lodge.”

While most people will probably stay here to be close to Seven Springs for skying in the winter, we actually stayed here for a short weekend trip to see Frank Loyd Wright Fallingwater house, which is only about 25 minutes away. Nonetheless, if you are seeking a place to be close to Seven Springs, this rental is just perfect for that too. I can really only say positive things about the rental/host. “Super convenient location with easy parking which made unloading and loading convenient. Even though Mother Nature had not given us much natural snow, the team at 7Springs still had 75% of the slopes open including access to all the condos. Bonus we could stay parked at the condo on our last day of skiing after checkout and avoid the parking mess down at the lodge.”

“We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. The place had multiple fridges, an outdoor commercial grade sink, multiple BBQs, multiple TVs and lots of seating. The place has a commercial grade dual burner coffee maker. (what a great idea). “It is an amazing property to relax with the views or explore with hiking. Even in the rain, we had an amazing time at this outdoor getaway. Totally recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to escape the outside world for a bit.”
