“Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was appreciated.”

“This is an old motel and it shows. Towels were old and so thin you could see through them. Addionally it's difficult to get into and out of the parking area.”

“Everything is excellent.”

“The staff is wonderful, and their hospitality truly stands out. Unfortunately, the property itself feels very dated and could benefit from major updates. The carpeting, bathrooms, and furniture in both the guest rooms and lobby show their age, and the pool area could use some major refreshing as well. I understand the hotel was recently purchased and is expected to undergo a complete renovation over the next year or two, which will hopefully give the property a much-needed update.”

“The breakfast was outstanding!”

“Outstanding rooms with excellent customer service!”

“Water pressure was weak and the fridge didn't work. Had to throw out all of our lunch meat and cheese for lunches and snacks. When we went to the front desk to tell them they said they would put a work order in with maintenance. Never asked us to switch rooms or never got a working fridge in our 3 day stay. Probably never going to use hampton again. Never offered anything for there inconvenience. Very disappointed..”

“這是我第二次入住這家酒店，下次来奧斯汀，我們還會選擇這里。”
