“Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our room was beautiful with a view over the river. It was quiet and comfortable and I loved the window seat in the bay window. The bathroom was enormous and boasted both bath and walk in shower. Unfortunately the basin taps were very difficult to turn off and trickled overnight but we were assured that this would be looked at and received sincere apologies for the inconvenience. “We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation.
