“Very nice house and nice location...steps to the beach. Great porch and deck. This property does not sleep 12 people. It sleeps 8. Not enough beds for our party of 10. We had to use two blow up mattresses. Ben was a great host. He was very responsive and helped us work through a few issues.”

“The property was in a nice location however parking is a bit tricky. The owners however do have two parking permits which allowed us to park right by the boardwalk entrance. The 3rd floor walk up is a bit of exercise especially when carrying bags but it’s do able. On the first morning my friends encountered a Mickey who just wanted to say hello, we realized not to leave any food out after that day.
