This beautiful living space offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, with a standout feature - a generously sized terrace that's sure to take your breath away. Location is everything, and this apartment doesn't disappoint. It's conveniently situated near all the amenities you could ever need, from shops and restaurants to parks, mosque and cultural attractions. The space The apartment is spacious and very pleasant to live in with its large, bright living space. It's made of : \_ living room with TV \_ dining room \_ 2 Bedrooms \_a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso and all modern comforts \_ one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds \_ a modern and pleasant bathroom \_ a very large private terrace with a dining/relaxation area \_ a parking space in the underground car park. Guest access LOCAL GUESTS Moroccan law strictly prohibits bringing Moroccan boys or girls into the accommodation, exposing you to legal proceedings, abuse and damaging the image of our house with the neighborhood and the safety of all our guests. A marriage certificate is required, according to local law, for Moroccan couples. Additional guests, not declared at the time of booking, are NOT allowed in the house, even for short visits and in case they show up at the house, each additional person will have to pay the daily cost provided by modifying the reservation with Airbnb.
