The den can be used as a second bedroom as it does have French doors that can be closed to make it private and two sofa twin beds. Enjoy the outdoor Solo Stove and Weber BBQ. The property is lovely and the amenities are absolutely terrific. The owner was very nice - communication was excellent. The area is charming. I can’t say enough great things about how pleased we were with the cottage and the garage which is a clean and well equipped game/workout space. So looking forward to renting again next Christmas

I would like to say that this is my second stay at the cottage this year. It's a beautiful peaceful cottage that makes you feel you're at home. The owners are very informative as well. I do have plans to stay there again in the future :)

Beautiful 1BR home. We loved our stay here. Location couldnt be better. The backyard with adirondack chairs, updated kitchen, dining room and comfortable living space and separate living area. We are very much looking forward to returning soon!

Charming Cottage Out East
What a perfect little cottage tucked away in Mattituck. The location is perfect, a small private road close to the main road, love lane and everything out east has to offer. This house was spotless and cozy, absolutely perfect for ourselves and our daughter. Carl checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and our check in/check out was seamless. we would love to stay here again!

Immaculate cottage in great location
I just finished a 3 night mid-week stay here with my dog. The cottage seems recently renovated and was immaculately clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Love Lane (great restaurants and shopping), on a quiet private road. Carl was very responsive (nearly immediate) including when I somehow had problems getting the front lock to open, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in renting again in future. Thank you!
