“The room was incredible and the staff are the most thoughtful. The view is so magical I spend a whole week in their studio name “Contentaita” just admiring the volcanos and the birds around. There’s a kitchen so if you want to cook and just chill in your own space. This is the place. ”

“Temperatures of pools and spa was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The tortilla soup was especially delicious. Also had a Michelada that was one of the best I’ve ever had! ”

If you don’t mind walking a few minutes, it’s not an issue. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. We arrived before check-in time, and they allowed us to access our room early, which we really appreciated. They were also great at providing transportation information and answering our questions.
