"We live in Ocala Florida and fly out of Jacksonville regularly. We usually stay at a hotel the night before flying out. We stayed at other well known hotels and were disappointed. "This resort was exactly what we envisioned from their website, beautiful with great beach access, awesome pools, dining was great from breakfast to dinner! The Steak Out is a must, one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten and I eat a lot of steak!!!! Prices are average to our surprise for everything. Only negative which is not for the resort is that Uber and Lyft are truly nonexistent so we used a private driver they recommended and with each trip to Fernandina Beach it costs approximately $40-$50 so a rental car would be more convenient for sure. We will be back with more friends and family!!!!!!"
