A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge will apply if excess rubbish is left behind. * Please close and lock all windows and doors when you go out. * Please turn off the air-conditioner & lights when you go out. * Remember to return the house key to the lockbox at check-out. Lock and key replacement charges will apply if you lose it or not return it. * Early check-in is subject to availability upon request, and an additional fee of $20 per hour will apply. * Parking is available on the driveway in front of the garage or on the street for free and unlimited.
