“This property is beautiful and the hosts were exceptionally kind. Far enough from the highway so there are no traffic sounds to disturb the quiet. Bedroom was comfortable and roomy so sleeping was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!”

The location is simply incredible and we were amazed at the variety of wildlife on our doorstep. We saw Orca, humming birds, bald eagles, gray or humpback whales, rabbits, deers,seals and sea otters all in or from the garden.Can 100% recommend and would definitely go again.”

“What a lovely space this is - so comfortable, so clean and so well decorated, that it truly feels like a home away from home - it has a lovely 'feel'. And of course, the fabulous sunsets! Sue and Rob were welcoming hosts, and were extremely prompt in addressing a very minor issue we had. We enjoyed a wonderful few days away here on Saturna, and would highly recommend Bella Haven to others. One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at.”

“We stayed at the Nest for 3 nights and although we came to enjoy Salt Spring Island our favourite place to be was in our little cottage by the water! Coffee on the dock, reading on the swing, hearing and seeing the eagle, jumping into the ocean off the dock, watching the beautiful sunsets, walking the private trails all the while being surrounded by a magnificent forest! Our host, Flavia, was gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!”

“As a family of four with two older teenagers, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The check in was seamless. The location was incredible, our own private beach with amazing sunsets, a private garden with loungers and wildlife. Bald eagles, hummingbirds, deer, seals and whales. All viewed from the garden. The accommodation was immaculate, it catered for everyone and everything. We used the pull out sofa which helped. All in all, it was fantastic, we didn’t want to leave. Thanks!”

“This was exactly what we needed after a week of camping on our road trip - this place is so lovely, from the cabin itself (inside and out), to the big trees surrounding it, the pathway through the forest, the delicious breakfast and coffee, and of course the most relaxing bath/shower outside. Tara was so welcoming and was helpful highlighting spots around the island. Would highly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! ”

I messaged about batteries going dead in the lock on the door which was not a problem as they had a back up system in place but just to let them know for the next people. Within 2 hours, they had someone over to replace them. ”
