"I have stayed at The Peabody many times and love it. This trip was a scheduled late arrival, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 11:30 PM. The manager bought me a drink at the bar while they got my room ready. Once in the room I was opening a bottle of water to drink and realized it had been previously opened and partially consumed by a prior occupant. I was not unhappy this trip but I was disappointed in the lack of perfection."

"Patricia was the truth. There was a little mishap and she took care of it quick with an upgrade .She is truly what excellent customer service is. The entire staff including valet was amazing will definitely stay here again"

"I love staying at this property but over the last few visits I've noticed that the guess rooms are not being properly being maintained. I've noticed what appears to be mold in the showers. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned. The rooftop area is amazing but the kitchen doesn't stay open late which is disappointing."

"We read all of the comments before booking. We didn’t expect the pool to be open. We knew the elevators were broken. We adjusted our expectations before we arrived and were very grateful to have a clean room, very friendly and helpful staff and be in the best location for a quick Uber to The Peabody Hotel, The Bass Pro Shop and Beale Street. If you’re looking for a 5 Star Hotel this isn’t the one for you. If you’re looking for a comfortable bed and a hot shower at a fantastic price in a perfect location to enjoy some cool nearby attractions this is the place to stay."

"Lovely large clean room, good location yet still quiet at night. Coffee and cocktails are great downstairs and dont miss happy hour! Parking is a little pricy but the valet guys are great!"
