“Our room AC wasn’t working properly and we had to move to another room due to the dampness and the head aches that we had gotten due to the condition of the room. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. This issues that we had were just ignored when we checked. We still haven’t seen a final receipt from the hotel extra bill due to their computer were down and must be still down. I will call tomorrow I don’t receive the receipt. Terrible customer service.”
