“I loved the view of the ocean from the pool. What a great way to spend the day. Every member of the staff we encountered was phenomenal. One problem we ran into was the elevator was a little scary. It bounced a lot upon entering, shook a bit while moving, and stopped abruptly. We took it from the 3rd floor to the lobby and the door didn’t open when we stopped. We ended up having to push the floor number again to get the door to open. The only other problem we had was the hotel claimed to be non……

“The staff there is not helpful at all I complained about the room smelling like marajuana and they did nothing about it I have both my children who have bad asthma and I was giving my children treatments every night I spoke to flor and she didn’t nothing also spoke to the head of security and he did nothing as well the manager said nothing either all there response was we can’t go knocking on peoples door but it’s a non smoking hotel . I had to buy sprays and try to get the small out and nothing……
