“DO NOT PICK THIS CONDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't review the condition of this property, because we were never allowed to stay here, even though we booked the condo, and received a confirmation. The management company texted, and notified us that the owner had canceled our reservation! SUPER frustrating, because we then had to try and find a new place just a few days before spring break. Almost everything was booked, but luckily, we were able to find ONE two-bedroom location still available. ……

“My husband and I have been coming to Pagosa for over 20 years. We have stayed at 3 different condo/townhouses on the same property. This condo was perfect for a family of 4. We cooked in most nights and kitchen was equipped well enough to accommodate. Would definitely stay here again if it was just the 4 of us traveling. ”

“We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first……
