“Our stay at this Tru By Hilton was excellent overall. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the breakfast selection is excellent. However, there is one downside if you are staying for a few days and need to do laundry: the guest laundry uses only coins, which feels very outdated and inconvenient, especially since the front desk did not have coins available. For such a modern hotel, it is a bit awkward to still use coins like in the last century. We also lost money when the washing……

“I had no idea this was an extended stay! Day one, the elevator was wobbling between floors and took a day or two to fix, not accessible to persons with disabilities. The windows only opened a pinch, the room was stuffy and the air conditioning was not working so we had to sweat it out until someone could possibly come fix it. The next day the toilet water stopped and did not flush. So we switched rooms, luckily the room next door was available. A couple times we had to go ask for towels because……

As a Bonvoy member, I usually receive water or a small welcome gift at check‑in, but this time I wasn’t offered anything.On top of that, the elevator was down for a couple of hours. “This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”

“My room had a portable air-conditioning that wasn’t working took hours before it cooled down. Wasn’t even a water glass in the room. No morning coffee until 8 o’clock. I had to go down the street to buy coffee somewhere else. They should’ve changed my room and they were not full, but they didn’t.”
