“Room too small ”

“The owner was looking through the window of the room in the morning. When the younger gentleman was told about it “he said yeah that’s my dad, he’s crazy”. That’s not acceptable. ”

“Is not bad if you just want to find a place to take a rest. But if you really want a comfortable place to rest this might not the choice. But it worth for the price, what you paying for is what you get.”

“I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“The person who checked us in was very friendly. He made sure the room was ready for us and even offered to turn on the refrigerator. The room itself is quant, but clean. ”

“The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.”

“Staff was nice and rooms were obviously renovated, but I did have a cockroach greet me upon arrival. The hotel itself sits on a ver busy road that is popular for “ cruising “ to drag racing. So it was kind of loud.”

“I stayed at the Buckboard Motel in Santa Maria from February 13–14 and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was pretty clean and well-kept, though the property could definitely benefit from some updating. The bed was firm but still comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. What stood out most was the staff. They were extremely kind and welcoming. One staff member even offered to carry my luggage upstairs if my room had been on the second floor, which I truly appreciated. That level……

“Perfect and Wonderful Place”

“This is a seriously underrated hotel. I don’t understand why so many people criticize it with such a picky attitude — the reviews are just average, but I believe it deserves five stars. It’s truly affordable, and the attention to detail is great. The cleanliness is outstanding. Although some of the facilities are a bit outdated, they still work fine. It’s excellent value for money, very good, very quiet, and the location is extremely convenient.”
