“We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

“This hotel is very nice for that area, it's a great alternative to Hilton. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. It looks like a new hotel as TV, air conditioning system, plugs, etc look modern. The bathroom is big, clean and comfortable. The isolation of the room is good, but as the area is quite crowded, it's difficult to totally isolate the street noise. ”
