The worst part was check in which is inside the casino building. It was very loud and hard to hear the front desk person. That said, there is plenty of parking, it was clean, and the rooms could use some updates."

"We were referred there by the hospital where my brother is an oncology patient. They wouldn’t give us the hospital discount because I had booked through a third party for a cheaper rate, but we’re happy to add on more charges. After being at the hospital all day we came back late to a room that hadn’t been serviced, so I called for clean towels and was told I had to request service or I wouldn’t get any. I have never been to a hotel where you had to request service and I’ve been to a lot of hotels, you just put used towels on the floor and they take them and give you clean ones. When they brought us clean towels they didn’t even offer to take the used one away. Worst service I’ve ever seen and I paid for room service that was an additional fee. I had much harder things to worry about than them doing their job. I hope I never have to use them again."
