We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location."

Additionally, the second night we were there someone was pounding on the front door--violently--for about 10 minutes. It was pretty scary. "
