New built cozy n comfortable cottage near the heart of Monterey!
It's walking distance from many restaurants and the Wharf.
A 15/20 minutes walk trail along the Ocean will take you to Cannery Row n more restaurants. It's centrally located btw DLI n MIIS and 1 mile to NPS.
