"All the service staff were excellent. I lost a wallet in a taxi, which was returned the following day by the driver. The front desk staff were especially helpful in informing me of all the steps I needed to take. The breakfast was very good and their breakfast staff were just great!"

Seu acesso é por meio de uma escadaria mal iluminada e com aparência de suja, embora esteja limpa, é um problema para quem tem mala(s) grande(s) e/ou pesada(s). Existe o espaço do elevador, que, além de muito antigo, está inoperante. Na reserva estava incluso o café da manhã, entretanto o hotel não possui instalações para esse fim, como compensação não nos foram cobradas...
