Clean, spacious and quiet. Owner left key in lock boxes with clear instructions for those arriving after office hours. Beds were comfortable. parking was right in front of the room. Breakfast is grab and go.

Fun place to stay. The door code didn't work, but there was someone in the office who reset the code. Could have been a problem if we had arrived after hours.

Planned a surprise getaway for my husband’s bday, and booked a King Suite w/private hottub on orbitz. Well they royally screwed up the booking and the hotel has us down for only a standard queen room. Orbitz was a nightmare to deal with to get this sorted, and my weekend would have been ruined if it weren’t for the front desk agent, Darcie, at Chipeta. What a saint! She was a pleasure to talk to (the several times I did) and sorted everything out that she could on her end to make sure we got the...

We LOVED our stay at Hot Springs Inn! We were warmly received at the reception desk and the ladies there were very happy to help us locate a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! We loved the sound of the river right outside our room off our balcony. We walked to town both nights we were there. Great restaurants and coffee shops! The town is so picturesque...like right out of a Hallmark movie! You must visit Ouray and Hot Springs Inn...
