“Our room needs a complete remodel. Paint is chipped off all the walls. Nail holes in the walls. Big hole in the wall for an electric outlet. The shower fixtures were not flush or securely fastened. Behind the vanity a big hole was cut into the wall and never repaired. The sink had hot water and the shower water was barely warm. The pool was locked and the water was green. No ice machine available. I hate to be critical, however this room was not close to being worth the money we paid for……

“Awesome stay, the man at the front desk was friendly & helpful, the room was well appointed. We used the hot tub. My only suggestion would be that an extra hour of pool & spa access (until 10:00 pm) would be awesome.”

“I booked a yurt for one night. There was an air conditioner that could not cool the space. I ended up finding another hotel. To be fair, I did not report the issue to staff at the time. Was too tired.”
