“Clean and modern room, bedding and towels are sufficient and clean, plenty of space to eat, rest, cook, polite and professional staff is easily reachable via WhatsApp, kitchen supply ready for longer stay. If I were to use the kitchen for longer stay, I would need dishwasher tabs. Not sure if the supermarket have one or two tablets for sale. “Central location in an artsy and less touristy neighborhood. 5 minutes from metro and surrounded by local cafes and eateries! Very clean room and nice staff. They were very kind and accommodating about my earlier arrival, and have luggage storage with personal keys for free. The room was very clean and it was nice to be able to open a window for fresh air and to have a mini fridge and nice size bathroom. Die Unterkunft ist nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen geeignet, viele Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl. Einziges Makel: das Frühstück wird nicht am Buffet eingenommen, sondern man wählt aus einem Menü und erhält eine Box und speist im Zimmer oder auf der Terrasse des Hauses. “We really enjoyed our stay at The Modernist. The hotel is in a quiet and lovely part of Athens, though very quick and easy to visit the main attractions from here. Breakfast was fabulous and staff all friendly and helpful. Kolonaki has many great non-touristy restaurants too. Would highly recommend. ”

“Place is quiet and cozy. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Just 2 things need to be improved: no slope in the entrance that people have to lite the luggage up to get in. Also staff provide with the wrong entrance code and I arrive but have to wait outside the door in the evening. Others are great.”

“I loved having an apartment Kolinaki - it’s a very safe and pretty area with nice restaurants and high end shops. Once I got in touch with the host, communication was great but I had to call first to confirm everything. The wear of the show was the rooftop porch with a view of the acropolis and being able to watch the lights coming on as the sunset set. Great little kitchen and it was nice to have a washer dryer.”

“The property is located right behind the national Archeological museum, a 15 min walk from the city center. Staff was super helpful from the beginning in arranging transportation from the airport. They also helped with all different types of recommendations on where to go, must see, places to eat etc. Very friendly and very oriented to help and resolve any requests!”

“Good experience, clean and comfortable apartment. The check took 20-30 min longer as expected. This was due to the busy schedule of the caretaker. Communication was easy, and replies were fast and adequate. Location is great; I loved the little balcony allowing me to sit outside; the temperature in Athens was very agreeable! 10 min walk to conference center/Metro. Many coffee shops and places to relax as well as stores for shopping. Would stay here again”
