“Just book it, especially if travelling with kids. This place has everything you need to feel at home. The arcade games were such an amazing touch to keep our 8 year old busy after running around all day... and you will be running around all day because you'll be close to everything. The hosts are amazing communicators and send an incredibly thourough guide and respond with promptness to any other questions. Hoping to get back sooner rather than later.”

“I stayed here for one night with my wife and my in‑laws because we were in town for a concert, and we simply needed a clean place to sleep. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room they advertise as a small apartment for around $200 was nowhere near acceptable. The moment I walked in, I noticed how dirty the place was. There were marks all over the walls, no trash‑can liners, and not even toilet paper provided. The bed sheets were clearly not clean (there was hair on them)……

“Book this condo, you won’t be sorry! Location looked a little scary for a small town girl new to Philly, but once we were in the condo, it was excellent! Very clean, surprisingly quiet, spacious, plus lots of extra touches I appreciated (coffee pods, shampoo, etc). And the location is actually outstanding! Close to EVERYTHING, neighborhood felt very safe. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals nearby. And Sarai was very responsive to my questions. Next time we’re in Philly we will……

“Property was clean and looked as described with a stocked kitchen. The check in process required some extra assistance from the host due to a power outage though the issue was resolved quickly. Street parking was always available without extra cost. Conveniently located between downtown and UPenn. Would stay again!”
